Hello,
Can someone please help me with answers for the below?

A. Below is the letter draft that I am getting from my manager, would this format work! I am also planning to attach hours appendix(table format) in the second page with all the hours worked as per paystubs.

B. Few paystubs have hours less than 20 hours for 2 weeks, can this be counted as part-time as it is less that 15hrs/week?

C. What if one paystub has 50hours per 2 weeks which is not falling into 2 full-time weeks but more than 15hours/week? How should this be calculated?

Confused with the above two as I was told that anything less than 30 hours a week(which is 60hrs for 2 weeks) should be calculated in total and divided by 4 to get full-time weeks.......

You want to make it as easy as possible for VOs to say "yes," not make them scratch their heads and try to figure it out for you. If you do that, they can say that you did not provide enough evidence of your work experience. You also need to include wage/salary information (and benefits, if any).

Suggest reorganizing something like:

"This letter confirms that Mr. ABC was employed with ABCD from June 20, 2016 to April 9, 2017 as a Restaurant Supervisor NOC: 6311 at our XXXXX, Ontario location. Mr. ABC alternated between full-time and part-time work, as outlined below. His hourly wage was XX/ hour, plus ANY BENEFITS?

June 20, 2016 to August 5, 2016 - two weeks of full-time employment (at least? 30 hours/week)
August 6, 2016 to Feb 3, 2017 - 26 weeks of part-time employment (total # hours worked, or the full time equivalent of XX weeks. (Total part-time hours / 30).
Feb 4, 2017 to April 9, 2017 - 9 weeks of full-time employment (at least 30 hours per week).

See the attached table for weekly hours."

Hello Jes_ON, what if I only put down "benefits package" for the benefits part, instead of listing out the details that are included in the package? because neither do I or the employer can sure about the plans I'm covered loll.

Well, that's not terribly descriptive or helpful. It doesn't have to be detailed. A lot of people don't bother, but it can add credibililty. Also can be helpful to list your vacation entitlement, esp. if you were outside of Canada at all.

Yes I have my vacation entitlement listed. But just not sure about the insurance coverages since there are too many details. So it would be good to list out the insurance coverage too? Not by percentage, but by coverage items apparently. right? Thanks!

"extended health benefits" would likely be sufficient (if that is appropriate)
