Background Check doubt

Our background Check status on MyCIC changed from "We are processing your application. We will contact you you when we start your background check" to "Not Applicable". What does this N/A mean? We are a March 2017 case. Someone on the forum said it turns to N/A just before PPR. I have my doubts. Anyone?

From what I have read, it seems this is the case. Where is the PA from? Americans, Australians, NZ citizens have faster processing times, so this might be the case if you are from one of these countries. Did you order GCMS notes? Hopefully you will hear something via email soon.

Mine is also SGVO. Are you paper based or EE? Have you got FT (aor2) or MR?

I got AOR2 since 16/03/2017 medical check done10/7/2017 hope will get pr soon , to tired from waiting

generally means PPR is on the way... does ECAS say DM? what does it say in the Final Decision box in GCKEY?

We got our AoR 2 on july 5, 2017

How long does it take for them to look at it from your experience? Thank you.

. I have the same line of you and the same VO, do not worry, any changes you update please, I will also inform you when I start my criminal background check, good luck!

I received an email on Saturday from cic stating their is an update on our account. I logged in and seen that only the background check changed to not applicable. Has anyone encountered this?

At this stage, are they almost done doing the background check ? considering that the applicant already passed eligibility too.
