You got the things which are important and life long , but you sending original again puts me under limbo and the question arises, are not they OK with photocopy or you just sent originals ?

on the checklist it says repeatedly, only send photocopies unless otherwise stated or asked for.

Yes its right, first time you have to sign the consent form then you can communicate via email.

It is normal. You will be able to book an appointment at their office, fill in a consent form and explain what help you require from them. One on one meeting is better than email correspondence I think.

Need some help with police certificate. If an applicant has lived in 3 cities, does he need 3 seperate police certificates from each city? Or can he mention the 3 addresses on one certificate that he gets from city mentioned on his ID card? Someone who has done this recently, please clarify!

The website says you need to give a police certificate from each country/territory that you've lived in for minimum 6 months since 18. As long as all 3 cities were in the same state, I think one PCC is fine.

Form IMM 5536 , is this to be only completed by Principal Applicant or siblings and parents too ( my sister/brother in law and parents in law ) , I think only wife's fine but just wanna make sure. Would really appreciate the response.

Only by the principal applicant. The PA's parents and siblings don't have to fill anything out

guys after 4 months of hard work, my wife is about to send me documents from Pakistan so I submit. I wanna confirm, nothing original is required, everything photocopy and attested from Pakistan.

MEDICAL/POLICE will come later on. Let me know if I am on right track. And also is IMM 5536 to be completed by only principal or whole family including siblings and parents ?

I sent email to Lvo in the past and all 3 times NXR replied that case is awaiting initial review

I never got any reply from lvo. it has been a couple of week since I mailed them

Fellow Members plz advise:
It's been almost 11 months and we didn't get our visa yet. Background check has been in progress since Oct 2016. We were considering to apply for a Temporary resident visa/visit visa. Do you guys think there is a chance for getting one?? I know it's kinda hard for Pakistani Applicants

Polling has STARTED guys: Plz vote in support or against applying for Visit Visa for Canada while the spousal permanent residence application is in progress

Although the chances are extremely minimal but nothing wrong in giving it a try. It does not affect your sponsorship application just a waste of money and nothing less or more

10 emails? you sent them altogether? they usually take a month to reply, it's not a good idea to send them email again and again within this time frame they might put your email as spam
