I sent email to Lvo in the past and all 3 times NXR replied that case is awaiting initial review

The AOR (Acknowledgement of Receipt) comes after anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks (if everything is in order, and CPC-M deems the application to be complete). Ours came after 18 working days of the application reaching there.

Get yourself on not only the Pak spreadsheet but also the spreadsheet of July (look for the july 2017 outland thread). That way you will easily be able to compare your initial timeline with other July applicants upto the Sponsor Approval and file transfer stages. (After SA and "in process" milestones, the timelines swing widely based on applicants country of origin and other factors).
