yeah i too feel so but not sure if there was DM for 2017 applicants.. they hv forgot to 2016 applicants now

I received DM for my wife's application on June 12th, 2017. My timeline is below. It is surprising to see the differences in people's status, even for those who applied before I did.

My timeline:

Application to Sponsor a Member of the Family Class received by CIC - January 13th, 2017
Received Application and UCI numbers - January 31st, 2017
Requested Background Check form - Feb 7th, 2017
Requested Background Check form (again) - March 17th, 2017
Application forwarded to Delhi Visa Office - April 11th, 2017
Received email from NDVO saying they'll begin processing by June 2017 and get back to us - May 15th, 2017
Status of application on ECAS changed from In Process to Decision Made - July 12th, 2017
Waiting on (hopefully) receiving PPR.

Side Note: We had included the PCC and the Medical forms before-hand. Our Medical was done in November 2016, and PCC was obtained in December 2016. Application was submitted in January 2017.

No, we are still waiting for the PPR for my wife. We are hoping to travel together in September. Factoring in the time to send and get back the Passport, this is getting really close. Unfortunately, nothing we can do except wait.

You can order GCMS notes online, Which will give you detailed insight of your case. I dont have link for it anymore I am sure you can find it on cic website or some one else might have it.

Can you explain what is notes ?

Gcms notes are notes made by the officers working on your file. For example it may tell you if you have passed your medicals or what they think about ur relationship etc... They r very helpful to know about what's going on with ur file.
