Just an update guys. PA did the medical on Jul/15/2017 and the application is in process as of Jul/18/2017.

The medical was requested on Jun/19/2017 but due to travelling of PA it was not done until Jul/15/2017.


Hoping to have background check changed to in process as well.

Submitted May/9/2017

Medical request: Jun/19/2017

Schedule A and Passport size photo replacement requested: Jun/21/2017


Additional: PA passport was expiring so we submitted new copy and PCC through IRCC webform voluntary.

indeed....hoping for the same...background check next in line woohoo!!!

Hang on there..usually the email to sponsor confirming of transfer to local VO happens in 1-2 business days, then after 5 days AOR 2 follows

We are pleased to inform that you have met the requirements for eligibility as a sponsor.
The Case Processing Centre in Mississauga will continue to hold the associated Application for
Permanent Residence awaiting the submission of a completed Schedule A Background Declaration
form (IMM5669).
A request has or will be sent directly to the principal applicant with instructions outlining the
requirements for submission of the Schedule A to CPC-Mississauga. If your principal applicant or their
representative has not yet received this request, or an invitation to link their application to My CIC, it
will be sent in the next 5 business days. Your PA or their representative should also check their junk
mail in the email account provided at the time of application submission.
Separate Schedule A forms, bearing signatures, must be completed by the applicant, and by all
dependent family members 18 years of age or older (whether accompanying or not).
Upon receipt of the completed Schedule A form(s), the Application for Permanent Residence for your
relative(s) will be sent to a visa office for processing.

Yes, congratulations !!! It's the sponsor approval and you have to wait a couple days to receive the request.

How did you send the Schedule A and the photo Mail, webform or MyCic ? And when did you send them ?

You should call and ask... maybe they will tell u when or send it to you instantly.

They requested on Mycic. Requested on Jun/21/2017 and submitted on Jun/22/2017
