Hello,
I stand at CRS 434. Today I created ONe-key account and registered at OINP. Could you please tell me if the system will allow me to submit my application during last few days of 14 days window even if HCP STREAM INTAKE CLOSES prior to that. Does Registration ensure sure submission of application even after closure of the stream? I will highly appreciate if any relevant link is provided.

those with NOI but not registered already will be forfeiting their chance if the quota gets filled before they register...
however even their NOIs will stay alive and can make use if the HCP reopens before the six months period gets over...and i guess that will happen as OiNp will continue in 2018 too...
anyway ur case get ur docs ready and file it...it should be okay

I know you are right at that.Taking into account the average new applicants since the last draw and earlier draws plus average pending applicants in 434 - 439 range, I find there are about 2000 applicants above 434.Quite hopeful on 19th july draw.Can not say anything if draw happens on 26th july. Thanks a lot.

You got that absolutely rite! My biggest scare in IELTS are listening and reading. It is very generous of you but i am no where near being among the best in writing here. But thanks anyway I day dream a very lot these days lol and i hate it, i absolutely do. I tried meditation, but that too involves way too much concentration lol. However, i may have found a solution. Yesterday tired home hypnosis therapy to quit smoking. To my surprise it actually seems very very effective. I really can try it for few days and i think it has the potential to get me back in track. I plan to do the hypnosis thing tonight again

FYI, if you are trying to quit smoking, my friend who tried many times had the best luck with a medicine called Chantix that works by blocking the receptors in the brain that give you pleasure from smoking. But keep doing the hypnosis regardless - sounds like it's working well for you for IELTS study as well as quitting smoking.

So the weekly average is (1576-1082)/2 = 247 and not 494.

Folks, sorry I am being lazy and posting my questions in the ROH thread I am at CRS 414 since just a month and was curious about the PNP options.I had 3 questions as follows

1. To obtain a PNP from British Columbia is it mandatory to have a job offer/ education from BC ? Most of the links I read on https://www.welcomebc.ca/Immigrate-to-B-C/BC-PNP-Express-Entry-B-C seem to indicate that but I could be wrong
2. Regarding ONIP, after accepting the NOI, it is my understanding there are 14 days to apply and it is a tedious process. My question is if you accept the NOI and don't apply within 14 days is the opportunity gone to apply for ONIP again?
3. Thirdly, I was wondering apart from ONIP are there other provinces where it is possible/easier to get a nomination ( I am in the US, don't have any degree/job offer / relatives in Canada ) . My NOC is 2712.

I guess your averages calculated for some ranges are daily averages and the others are weekly averages.

For example, 601-1200 had 199 new additions after the June 28th draw till July 6th.
Daily average = 199/8 = approx 25 which means a weekly average of 175 (25*7). Not sure how you got 30.

Another example, 451-600 had 764 new additions after the June 28th draw till July 6th.
Daily average = 764/8 = approx 96 which means a weekly average of 672 (96*7). Not sure how you got 110.

Also, it is very important to calculate data with their respective dates.

Firstly, My bad, I meant
601-1200 -> 199 => Average of 30 profiles per day(Rounded up)
451-600 -> 764 => Average of 110 profiles per day(Rounded up)
441-450 -> 1008 => (1008 as on July 6 - 809 as on June 28) means a Average of 200 profiles per day (Rounded up)
431-440 -> 1576 => (1576 as on July 6 - 1082 as on June 28) means a Average of 494 profiles per day (Rounded up)


So, sorry about that.

Coming to respective dates, I have taken that into account.

You can't take an average of the two weeks like you suggested: =>

"So the weekly average is (1576-1082)/2 = 247 and not 494."

It's suppose to e (1576-1082)=494 per week.

Except that typo, I assure you everything else is right. Please let me know if something else is wrong cos as of now, I don't see anything wrong beside that typo.

Notification Of Interest. You need to receive that from Ontario before you are allowed to apply for a provincial nomination from Ontario.
