Should I submit my OINP application with incomplete documents?

Hi,

I am short of the required documents for OINP filing and the timeline as well. Should I submit an incomplete application or simply do not submit the application at all. Please suggest.

Also, I have read that 14 days duration, I am not sure in case it's applicable to me or not as I'm not clear of the profile for which this 14 days timeline is. I received the NOI from Ontario, then created a one-key account. Then logged in to e-filing portal, and saved the entries for the later point of time. Now I am still unable to arrange the documents within the timeline. so what should i do ? please suggest.

-I am trying to get the experience letter from office, but they are delaying it.
- The birth certificate is in native language [Hindi].

And the day after tomorrow is my last day for filing the application.

how are you able to login into e Portal ? we are getting stuck at captcha "i am not a robot page" since last two days
its a miracle if you are able to login and check your application
FYI: my application has also passed 14 days deadline so i think we will be able to create a new one until our 6 months period is expired or OINP quota is filled.

I doubt on ur last statement, if I am not wrong the with this the NOI would become invalid. Thus no OINP until another NOI is received.

also if you can answer my first question that how are you able to login into e Portal ?? it will highly be appreciated

This information I received from a consultant in one of the forums. But as I haven't read so doubtful on this. In case you have the information, please share.

I was talking to someone else.
Fyi i know alot about oinp i got nominated in 8 days.
And usually oinp one key is down during weekends will be resolved soon try tomorrow

I didn't find any such information of recreating OINP post 14 days timeline in the guidelines pdf shared at the OINP portal.

well you can translate your certificate, that won't take much time.
Keep calling the office for the letter.
regarding the 14 days timeline, it says the NOI is valid for 6 months and you have 14 days once you create your profile. Well, this is confusing to me because you are not asked about your Express entry Profile No, when you create your e-filling key, how would they know this key is linked to my profile. It makes sense that you can recreate a new account

from withdrawing EE profile, u mean when I would recreate it a new ID would be assigned to me corresponding to my new EE profile and then I can hopefully expect an NOI. Is that what u mean?
