A tip to those wanting to lose weight without going through too much exercising, dark chocolate + 2-3 cups of green tea a day + one-hour walk/jog per day is very effective

If you ever think of skipping any one of those 3, don't let go of the 1hr jogging ....you'll have surprising result...
by the way I'm a great fan of Lindt dark myself...when I was in Qatar every day used to bite on plenty of 90% cocoa dark bars...me and my brother used to be crazy about the bitter bar & no one else found it tasty...we found it addictive....finally I had to sprint
and I see 430 on Wednesday...or 432 on Friday...
