I think he is asking how to improve his IELTS score.I'm not sure what you are asking.
It takes a lot of practice and patience to get a CLB9 in IELTS. There are lots of online review materials like http://ieltsonlinetests.com/may I know how to add points for ielts plz?
What is your CRS?I've been feeling much better since joining this forum. I had often been feeling sad and discouraged. My job search that I began at the end of March was really getting me down, especially after I was rejected last week for a job I had really wanted, and I am still waiting on another company that has been dragging the process out for months. I always knew from the CRS calculators that my score was going to be low, primarily due to my age, and would drop another 11 points on my next birthday early in 2018, so I was feeling a lot of pressure to find a job soon. But with my new NOI and the supportive environment here, I am determined to get that OINP and see you all in Canada next year.

If you can spare one-hour or two everyday then you can achieve it.

Do you mean how to calculate CRS points from your IELTS score?
If so, see this page, under "Official languages proficiency - first official language." It gives the number of points you get per section based on your CLB level
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/express-entry/grid-crs.asp
Official languages proficiency - first official language
Maximum points for each ability (reading, writing, speaking and listening):
Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) level per ability With a spouse or common-law partner
- 32 with a spouse or common-law partner
- 34 without a spouse or common-law partner
(Maximum 128 points) Without a spouse or common-law partner
(Maximum 136 points)
Less than CLB 4 0 0
CLB 4 or 5 6 6
CLB 6 8 9
CLB 7 16 17
CLB 8 22 23
CLB 9 29 31
CLB 10 or more 32 34
And this page tells you how to convert from IELTS score to CLB:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/language-testing.asp
Expand the "Federal Skilled Worker Program" section and search for IELTS (ignore the Points per Ability column as those are not CRS points):

This is assuming you are single. If you're married, you need to get the CRS points from the "With a spouse or common-law partner" column at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/express-entry/grid-crs.asp
