disappointed to hear that...any chance ur new noc is no more there on the cic list...?
or the funds section have u mentioned the right figure...show may be few hundred dollars extra...
Check ur ielts validity date u updated...
---
Otherwise just try doing the come to Canada tool to see ur eligibility...see if u still score 67...may be if you've shuffled some experience ur points may've come down,if u omitted something
Checked the funds. IELTS is fine. The issue may be that they let 2 job codes count toward 6 years experience before, and they may have changed that with all the recent updates. I'll have to go back to the original codes and see what happens.

What is your profile? Maybe we can help you figure out. Don't worry, we already know your age :)
At the moment, we are applying under my husband, as the startup company I worked at most recently was not a "paid" position and without it I only have 5 years and don't qualify.

When I originally put my husband in, I was guessing at NOCs, and since we weren't close to getting in, I figured I'd update later. It was 5 years of one NOC, and 2 of another. Technically, not 6 of the same NOC, but they didn't reject the profile. Last night we went through more carefully and created a new profile to be eligible for Ontario. Only change is NOCs.

I'm going to see what happens when I go back to the old NOCs.

If I was you, I'd be vary of jobs where you've to pay someone to get in.

Please be aware that a lot of fraudulent agencies operate in Canada and one of the reasons why the points were brought down from 600 to 50 for arranged employment is to clamp down on these so-called job arrangers.

I don't want to discourage you but it's very difficult, if not downright impossible, to get a job in a country while you're living somewhere else.

Try LinkedIn or other job sites like Monster and stay clear of fraudulent agencies.

Good luck.
Thanks a lot for your advice!

I don't think all your work experience has to be in the same NOC - I have 3 different NOCs in the last six years.

No. If you have previously applied for a work permit, student visa, visitor visa or you have a rejected PR application, the answer is Yes. A withdrawn EE profile is not considered as a PR application.
Hm, maybe that is the problem with me. I said yes and gave the original EE profile.

I don't think eligibility will be affected if you answered Yes to that question.
Check the FSW six selection factor if you still meet the 67/100. I think it is your work experience. Although you are given points maximum of 3 years only on foreign experience for the EE selection, you get max 6 years in the FSW grid.

Hi guys, came across this in another thread. I dont know how true it is but thought some of you may find it useful:

"Read the OINP 4th July 2017 program update at the link below. They have dropped their min required score for certain professions. You must have been sent a NOI because you fall in this group. IMHO you should get your OINP application going ASAP as long as you meet all other requirements since there's no telling if/when the EE draw score will get down to the 300s .... it's not any sort of ploy to get money.

The number of years hasn't changed, only the NOCs.

Yeah it got me interested at the time because I fall into this category, but I believe it was just for that one week only. They may run it again, but I think it's closed for the time being. I would be delighted to be proved wrong.

I think it's also great because it sets a precedence for dipping below the magic 400 barrier for occupations in demand and offers opportunity and hope to others who may be thinking they can never get an ITA.

There's no "right person/organisation" that'll help you with your proof of funds. The money has to be your own in a bank account in your own name. Or you can get a family member to give you the money as a "gift".

Please read threads on this forum and the IRCC website while you wait for an ITA. All such information is easily available.
I had some specific questions. For eg. I have one account in which my salary gets credited and from where all emi's go for my loans and there is another account which is under my wife's name and has the requisite amount of proof of funds which are more than six months old. The question if whether cic will deduct the on going loan amount from my available funds and see my net worth. And since I have separate bank account, do I even need to disclose my salary account to them. Nevertheless, I'll read the thread in other forums. Thanks :)

They sent NOI to few NOCs (below 400) only when they announced in June end. But when they disclosed the NOCs that they are interested in, I didnt see anyone below 400 CRS and those who fall into that category, getting NOI post July 4th. Even till now no one reported.

If that change had been for only July 26th week, then why do they have to reveal the NOCs on July 4th? Are they still taking profiles having less than 400 CRS under the given NOCs?

I recreated my profile (as primary, CRS 390 , NOC 2283) on July 5th and i created my Husband profile(as primary, CRS 384, NOC 2173) on July 1st. We both have not received any NOI from Ontario so far. Highly disappointed and eagerly waiting now.
