last date for submitting file in embassy for september 2017 intake

still not got any revert from college.applied on 19 may for college of new caledonia but still not got any revert.college staff are saying they are gona take 2 weeks more to process my application.is it possible now for applying september intake as this is my last chance bcoz my ielts is expiring on 19 september 2017.
please help guys.

This college is very busy at this time, because they accept low Ielts score . they put offer letters on hold because lots of people applying in this college at this time . August 1 is the last date to apply for September batch . You can just pray for now .
