Hello everyone,

I have accepted my ITA and submitted my application today, As of today I am single and I applied based on that. However Im getting married in August, so If I get the PR status, how is it going to be for my wife, can I apply for her from Canada as she is my spouse or how?

Cheers

You will fill their online form and tell them your change in status.
After PR either she will apply for Individual PR or you will have to choose Sponsership Route.
That's seem unrealistic as you are getting married in few months so probably you will have to raise enquiry using this form

But if I update my status, before getting the PR stamp/visa, wouldnt it affect my status? I mean my points will drop right even though I already accpted my ITA and submitted my application?

According to my understanding, your points will only decline if your spouse is accompanying you and not for just including her. I believe it is a requirement from CIC to inform any change of circumstances, and you will have to send back your CoPR and Passport back to include additional family members. You may look at other pages including these information for best response. Good Luck!

What do you mean by accompanying and inluding, what is the diffrence?

And what if I land in Canada first then I declare my status married, how can I process he to come, is it for PR or just spouse visa?

Please suggest in below query -

Let's say I get PR and land in Canada stayed there for 6-12 months. I came back and got married in my country.
How hard it is in this situation to take my spouse with me?
What is the possible route for this?

Your points will not be recalculated.

You MUST ADD your spouse to your PR app if it is still in process. If you don't, you will be committing misrepresentation and your spouse will be forever excluded from the Family Class, meaning you will never be able to sponsor her. This is non-negotiable.

What if I got the PR stamp before i got married, but then I get married before landing, how is it going to be?

That is still misrepresentation and you would never be able to sponsor your spouse. If you get married before landing, you must add her. Your other option is to get married after landing.

just submit your complete application as single and while processing will take about 6months and you get married anytime before landing, update them of the change in status asap. your partner will be added to your application and both of you will receive visa if approved.

If I get married after AOR, Should I include or mention that I have a girlfriend on any documents during or before e-APR?

IRCC doesn't care if you have a girlfriend. They only need to know about a common-law partner or spouse.

So can I apply to OINP as single, then get ITA then apply as single, get AOR and then get married and notify CIC about change in family composition?
