For OINP, I was FSW inland applicant. Now question is that do I need to show Proof of funds for my PR application?

I have an open work permit and I am currently working in Canada.

Calm down. I know a couple of CEC candidates that were even May AORs yet to get MP. I think it's stream dependent and so far FSW has d fastest processing time.

NA2 to IP2-> 15-35 days, depends on individual file.
IP2-PPR-> Same day to 15 days again depends on case.
