Giving the draw#67, there are approximately 54,000 ITAs have been granted until this day. The quota for FSW and PNP are 73,000 and 54,000 ITAs respectively. So the total is 127,000 ITAs should be granted this year so as to meet the allocated quota. Based on that, in order for IRCC to meet the allocated quota for this year, they're expected to grant 73,000 ITAs before the end of 2017.
If IRCC continued this trend 2 draws a month which is issuing 3200 ITAs/draw, 6400 ITAs a month, then by the end of this year they will have granted 32,000 ITAs which it should be 73,000 ITAs. So the short would be (73,000-32,000= 41,000 ITAs).
