Great.. Thats pretty quick! you got visa within 10 working days. Did you submit any additional document?

I have submitted the online application, but i didnt see any option in application to mention the visa office location/city, will that location automatically pickup from the birth place or current mailing address ?

I am a PGWP holder and I got married last month. I applied for my wife's TRV and got rejected. Now I am planning to apply for SOWP and in my letter of confirmation my employer mentioned NOC skill level A, role, my salary and how long I have been employed. Is that enough or should I ask them to add description? Please help me

Are you asking about application of Study permit for same person who's application for SOWP is pending??
if this is the case, then I would say its better not to apply because it will delay both the application and may lead to a refusal for both of applications.

Did you get a medical call yet? Another applicant applied on March 14th got a medical call on the 7th of July. CIC is super slow

Did you get a medical call yet? Another applicant applied on March 14th got a medical call on the 7th of July. CIC is super slow

I'm fucked up. My application was refused. Don't see refusal letter on mycic account. Sent a cse to VO but I'm not sure if that's gonna be any good. Don't know what to do.

Dear all, my SOWP was refused, I actually don't know why as there's no refusal letter in my CIC account explaining why. There's just one update on the application saying refused.

My wife is Vietnamese and I'm from Bangladesh. She's in full time study for three years in a college in Toronto. We got married before a month after her study permit was issued, she was single when she applied. We got married in Bangladesh and marriage certificate was verified my ministry of foreign affairs of Bangladesh and embassy of Vietnam in Bangladesh. During the application wevdidn't attach the certificate or any photos mistakenly, later we only attached marriage certificate on a cse. After four months we received the reply a saying I'm not eligible for SOWP but found no Letter explaining why.

Now we are in great parole, she wants to come back home and we spent lot of money and effort behind her STUDY.

Any help will be appreciated, please help me to save my family and future. I looked for immigration lawyer in Dhaka but couldn't find a single one.

We intend to apply again, so suggest me the documents lists, financial paper details as well

May be its refused bcz of marriage after she got study permit and u should have shown strong relationship proof ..
No worries .
Get GCMS Notes
Apply again .paper application takes long period but mostly it won't have interview .so u can go for it

I am so sorry to hear that. It really sinks my heart too. I hope she is ok. Do get the GCM notes and see what were the exact reasons and maybe then reapply? I wish you all the best.
