As you are the main applicant you didn't had to deposit the money in your spouse account. You could have given your bank statement along-with you spouse's. Also your spouse needs to give you a letter stating that you have full access to her account and that she doesn't have issue if you use that money for the purposes of immigration. Noe that you have already deposited the money in her account you need to show the source of this fund in your application.

No. 6 months they give you to accept the NOI and complete the application process. They will process your application as soon as you submit it. Time they take varies.

You have 6 month to accept the NOI. So chill!! Also you have 14 days after you register you profile in the OneKey account. Get POF and submit your docs. You have lots of time buddy!!
These are very minimal gaps which will not raise any issues. If you have some considerable gaps then you need to explain in your LOE. Also if they come back to you regarding this you can explain this. But as far as my understanding goes you are good to go.
Most of the steps of documentation are same. Only PCC and medical are couple of documents which you need to procure post ITA. Rest of the documents are already there with you if you have the nomination.
University name you can write along-with your institution name. Work exp summary should be same as your NOC and your job reference letter should be similar but not copy paste. It should match with your job functions which is mentioned in your job reference letter.
You can check the CIC website for the amount you need for Proof of Funds depending upon the size of your family.

If you borrow the amount from someone make sure the person makes a gift deed in your name stating that he/she has given you that amount to you our of love and affection and does not expect it back and that you have full right to use that money in whatsoever manner you wish to. Get this gift deed from a notary. Take a bank statement which reflects this amount in your account as a gift deed and then you are good to go.
Try selecting Ontario or All provinces in your EE profile in the choice of provinces and territories section. Also state if you have any relations in Ontario. This might help. All the best!!

If you have already received the NOI from Ontario you can start collecting the documents mentioned in the guide provided. You have 6 months to accept the NOI and 14 days to complete their online application once you register.
Also, if you have sufficient funds in your account as per the POF guidelines provided by CIC or in the ONIP guidebook then you are good to go. But make sure you provide 6 months bank statement along-with your Fixed Deposit statement/certificate and a letter from the bank.

Hey guys. Hope everyone is well. I have a NOI for OINP. However after many many consultation, i am gonna have to change my existing NOC from 4033 to 1121. That is a major change in terms of occupation. So if i have to proceed with the OINP, do i just change my NOC in my EE profile, or should i re-create my profile and wait for ONIP to send a new NOI? Will it cause any concern later? I read sometime ago that someone was asked by OINP why they re-created their profile after receiving NOI! Please advice. Thanks a million
