s15 is rarely applied, and maybe random at times, where as s16 is done mostly on inland applicants. These sections enable CIC to not disclose any information they may have requested for a particular candidate from other agencies. s15 is mostly applied if they had to retrieve and check some information regarding you from some agency and then they do not wish to disclose it in your GCMS, this is mostly done for applicants with some afliation to some fishy organisations, or people who were employed in government and military services and lastly employees of companies , which were involved in some criminal activity etc.
Can it be random? Yes it can.
Can it delay our application? Yes it can.
Is it common? No, its rare as long as you are clean.
So as long as you are unfortunately a rare case to be picked for this quality check or your vO is nuts and puts you for this check, I don't think so you will suffer this fate. probability is very low.
Hopefully my status will change to ip2 without any complications

Believe me when I say I have the same worry and totally understand the anxiety. It always feels like that some stupid mistake will come up and God knows what will happen then. So much of our lives is invested in this (time, money, hard work, patience and mental peace), the very thought of any delays and mis happenings scare us. All of us immediately click any new red lines in tracker jut to make sure there is no red flag for us in there. So I completely get your worry my friend.
You are very close now, its almost the end, have faith. Pray when scared. And think positively hoping for the best.
Mark my words here, you are going to get to IP2 and PPR very smoothly, chances of rejection post 90 days are very very less, most likely your eligbiliity is done by then and we all here have nothing else to worry. So few more days only.

Please post your timeline , then only someone might help you here. And may i ask why were you asked to send ID of parents?
It is no where mentioned in EE profile.....

Congrats. I am 9 days on IP1 waiting for the switch to NA. This is the only stage I am worried about in the whole process, to be honest. Hopefully, it happens soon. Your IP1>NA took a while too. 6 days. How did you cope?
It was not that tough for me as I was quite busy those days. Dont worry to much about this. Coming week it will be NA for sure.

For some odd reasons, I have Toronto as the destination on my COPR. That ideally should be the first stop.

Did you tick Toronto when completing your online application? I thought FSW-O could land anywhere?

Hi to all the members,
I would like to ask a few questions if it's ok, had been posting the same in different threads but no one replied till date.
I am a PNP Outland. Have been in the pool from the day express entry started i.e from 2015.
Received nomination from Ontario in 2016 Jan and submitted all documents by Feb 2nd 2016.
All said and done , received ITA ON 22nd Feb 2017.
Medical's done and all relevant documents submitted to CIC on 31st March 2017.
Can anyone please guide what is to be done?
How long is the wait?
Seniors specially @Kiran K , @andy108 please guide.
