got SA email this evening .. applicant will receive email within 5 days .. lets see if he does .. then will upload sch A and PCC online .. then will wait for medical request ..

btw .. how long does an applicant have to get the medical done? let's say that he gets his medical request tomorrow (not likely, but worse case scenario), and he's still on his hiking trip for another 2 weeks, and the deadline is to get it done in the next 30 days, will he still have time to book a medical and will the doctor still have plenty of time to submit/mail the medical to the embassy? I am just asking to make sure he doesn't miss the deadline and that he has plenty of time to get his medical done .. !!

Does that mean they have problem with their application or just going randomly??

someone new must have started and messed up the flow .. it was fine till april .. new recruitment season ..

frustrating .. i freak out if i dont see an email, just imagine what those people must be going through who still have not even received the first email .. !!! ughhhhh!!!!

As per Timeline of May and June, everything is going in sequence... Ofcourse there has to be some exceptional cases considering big number of applicants.. But on an average everything is going smooth so far.. It will change once Background Check Process starts for PA in their home country...!!

Linked our application Jun 27th

Email for confirmation of received sent on Jun 28th

E-mail sent to my partner for Schedule A upload same day.

We uploaded it on July 1st

E-mail sent to my partner for medical exam on July 5th (still need to finish this)

I also got an email on July 5th saying I’m eligible to be a sponsor

Today/July 7th I got an email saying that my partners application has been forwarded to Vienna.

This is from the On-line Services

1. We received your application to sponsor [My partner] on May 29, 2017.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on June 28, 2017.
3. We started processing your application on June 27, 2017.
4. We sent you correspondence on July 6, 2017 about the decision on your application.

Hi would suggest going on this link http://www.cic.gc.ca/pp-md/pp-list.aspx and finding the doctor closest to your partner that is approved. And book the appointment for them the day after they get back. At least thats what I would do, and the Physician is supposed to submit the forms themselves so just be on their ass about it lol. And yes you have 30 days.

Yah I am one of them. But than again they got mine on June 12...so I m trying to stay calm till July 20...lol

Exactly... It's not even 1 month total.. And it takes about 21-23 working days on an average. Also there was a long weekend in June end.. Everything adds up.. So I guess you have to Keep Calm and Chill...
Also try not to visit this website or June Timeline sheet.. That will help a lot..!!

That makes me worried now..
I (sponsor) signed the forms myself and placed my wife's signature using Pdf's Place signature feature. What should I do? they received the application on June 13th. Is there anyone who did the same and got AOR. That would give me some confidence! Otherwise, any suggestions?

My husband(sponsor) used my scanned pdf signature. I sent the scanned sig to him. He used that and they didn't return the application. Received aor sa and medical request already.

So lemme share a story with yall about my application and why I signed up for this website in the june category... i originally sent it back in april but it got sent back to me in june because THE PHOTO SIZE specifications! has anyone ever had this problem? There seems to be no photographers in TZ who can seem to get the photo specifications right and are steady using scissors to cut the photos (hence the dimensions tend to be skewed as compared to being cut with a guillotine or straight edge razor). Had my wife send me some new updated photos and lo and behold, yet again the specifications were off by 1 or 2 mm's and there was ink dot stain on the white background of the photo (because on the back was handwritten by pen and then mailed to me here in canada)... so i manually cut it to the best of my ability to the specifications and used a bit of spit and my finger to rub off as much ink as i could and sent it off in june with a PRAYER.

Do you guys think they will accept it if there is some ink stain on the photo from the handwriting on the back? its costing me 60 bucks to have her fedex me photos to mail off and when she did the line cutting the photo is slightly crooked? Far away cities from capitals in sub saharan Africa tend to not have the best access to photo studios that can easily roll out passport photos that meet Canada's standards... Anybody here got word in Tanzania and know whats up with a good photo studio that delivers in case this time dont go through?

Also another reason why the initial application was sent back, I used MY address in Canada (the sponsors) for the principal applicants mailing address.... apparently they did not accept that... However where my wife lives people dont have mailboxes and street numbers and things like that which is why i used mine in canada so I could fill all boxes... So we set up a P.O box in her country and city instead but again there is no zip code. Will this be accepted? And will it be OK if for her physical address I left the street number blank and zip code because there is no street number or zipcode where she lives. Will CIC understand this or??

u can tell ur wife to get her photo clicked and then email it to you and you can get it developed nicely here in canada from any digital photo studio.
Atleast this is what i did in my case.
Moreover street number is mandatory in certain forms so you will have to fill something there, i used my house no. and localities name and it worked fine
