Hi guys, I need to talk to CIC and have been trying since Tuesday in different hours but the machine always says "I'm sorry we are experiencing a lot of calls and are unable to transfer you to an agent".
I've called CIC before so I know it's perfectly possible to speak to an agent.
Has anyone been experiencing the same this week?
