Hi,How can I contact CIC if I have a concern such as making a status query on my fed application, etc.

Yeah may be I might have misconstrued, but does federal Numbers of 300k included Quebec ? we cannot rely 100% on last years trend as last year delays were due to refugee crisis ..but from last couple of weeks things are conspicuously slow ...everyone was anticipating that this week after long weekend things will move quickly but that doesn't look to be the case as we are almost mid week past..let's wait for next week...Hi,
Could you share the reference? Maybe we are talking about different things, but I was under the impression that the 10,000 was the quota for the CSQs granted through the skilled worker category (not PEQ or investor or whatever)
https://www.cicnews.com/2016/08/quebec-successfully-receives-5000-skilled-worker-applications-mon-projet-quebec-system-088448.html
From my understanding the actual target for quebec immigration is closer to 30,000.....
https://www.cicnews.com/2016/12/immigration-canada-year-in-review-128757.html
Still... if they are now talking about close to 300,000 per year for all programs (not just quebec)...it would no make sense to stop granting PR by the middle of the year... right??
As you say... we'll have to wait and see in the coming days.
If above stats are true (do you have reference link ) then we will have to wait until it reopensFor now as "quebec skilled worker" they gave only 3160 RP until May 2017 and 22860 RP for all Quebec applicant in 2017....almost 30000
and 123 330 for all applicant in Canada...if the quota is 300 000, we should have our RP now!
Here is link to 2017 immigration level planYes I have it.

My file is more clear because I colored it, but you can see all numbers
It may be but definitely not a reason for a slow processing. I have at least 7 travels other than canada during the past 7 years. And some few where I went as a tourist. Total time processing 11 months.Yeah means i was just trying to filter out possible causes of delays ..travel was one of the differentiator .. rest all of us have followed same steps...so that's my guess...
If you are going ask them ... whats happening with my file and stuff?? The agents are not going to answer that .... they only read what you have in your ECAS/MYCIC.How can I contact CIC if I have a concern such as making a status query on my fed application, etc.
