Just an FYI, I thought AOR emails are only sent in the afternoon but mine got to me at 9:02 AM this morning to my "Secondary folder" on my Outlook.
you can link right away, but make sure the applicant has received the email, as you will need the applicant's info to create the online account and link the application ..
