I think OINP issuing more nomination is a way of keeping the CRS threshold a bit high in the next couple of month as more people accept the nomination to get additional 600 points. Guys, if you have not maxed out the IELTS score, then I suggest you give it another try if you are not ready to pay $1500 for the nomination...

You are likely to get a direct ITA in the next two draws...just some patience dear!

After declining, I came to know that there are a few agencies in India help get FBI PCC faster with some lump amount. I know that is not ideal way, but I am considering taking that route to put myself in fast track. Have not decided yet.BTW, FBI received my package on 27th June.

Just accept the next ITA when you receive one...Wait till about 2 days for the deadline and uploadall the receipts and any evidence to show that you have already applied for the FBI Identity Check and its not ready yet...They will understand and you can submit after you have received it
