Seems like OINP and Fed Express Draws are linked in some way..I wonder if the larger majority of ITAs are from ICT occupations? If so, then it would make sense why the draw frequency may decrease (since profiles are being evaluated through NOI -_- first.) As OINP reaches its intake limit, then draws may return to normal. But seeing now that, another update was released to target occupations, this could very well increase the time for another federal draw...
Haha, what's funny is that most of us were waiting for ITA who were over 400 and now OINP is targeting (extending NOI) below 400. Hmmm... I wonder if we have a mole in this forum lol

I need some information guys. Please guide me. I have a CRS of 430 and received an letter of invitation for Ontario Nomination. I Would like to know that incase I apply for the PNP, will I still remain in the pool with my current score? And if my CRS score qualifies in one of the draws while the PNP is still in progress, wha will happen then?
