Medical exam can be done after submitting the application

Hello all,
please i need your help with the issue i am having, i have called the medical center in my country and they have refuse to do medical exam unless they receive and e-mail from CIC i have asked to provide me with an e-mail stating this so i can show it as evidence to CIC they also refused to that, now the question is do CIC accept to the medical after submitting the application or it has to be upfront

If you are a FSW under express entry, your medical is surely upfront ! Just tell your doctor that it's an upfront medical test and thus requires no evidence from Canadian immigration. But you should take your passport for identification by your panel doctor

Tell them you're doing upfront "worker" medical test. They probably have mixed up with other classes which some require letters from CIC. See if it works.

Tell them its upfront medical for express entry, and let them know that if they refuse you will put a case against them with cic. Mine initially said the same but i told them its upfront so they understood and I still gave them a print of my online profile.
