This may be a pointless question, but I was just wondering what wait times outland americans are currently experiencing? I heard they are sometimes faster, but maybe that is just wishful thinking! I know on the website it says upwards of 12 months.

No.. it think it wasn't validated at first..
So I downloaded form again and tried so it worked hopefully

Hopefully. I did mine more than 5x hehehe keep trying, make sure when you download it, open it with Adobe, then fill it out, everything. Do not save it yet until you're done filling out and has validated it. Once it say yes, save it then you can upload to your gckey

You can have two gckey accounts but it can only be linked with one.
