I am going to wait! After all my struggles to get CLB9, I am not giving up now!Come on andieangel, it does affect the dynamics of the pool. Previously, the effect was a balanced one because someone from 400+ range would jump to 600+ with the nomination, and the number of profiles above 400 would remain the same.
Now, someone from below 400 will pop up on top of the existing profiles thus rendering the 400+ profiles denser. This will happen until the quota is filled up, which is approximately 2500 short at the moment.
Another affect, a significant one is, is that we can no longer sleep with our NOIs as plan B, thinking that we have sweet 6 months left to apply. The quota will be full before we even bat our eyelid
I myself appeared 3 times in last couple of years. So mate! We both will be 4th time lucky. Their qouta is 2500 yearly! Come on! Secondly there have never been more than 250-350 profiles above 600, this is not significant! Don't worry! The quota is 6000, and 2897 are still remaining (that's what I meant by around 2500 left).

Fully agree. Was going to say the same. They are only sending NOI to handful of profiles with some specific NOC. Far too of a minority to cause any significant impact. Also like you said, PNP have their specific quota and they are exclusive of economic quota. So if people from EE are being selected by the provinces, their slot will be automatically be benefited to other candidates.
On this thread we don't do realistic, only optimistic

Guys I registered on One-Key last night. I know everyone here is gonna mock me because with CRS 422 I should get an ITA in July/August atleast. But I have had enough of waiting and waiting Moreover I read that PNP candidates are processed faster after receiving ITA.
I saw someone here who received an NOI on June 2nd along with me, applied for OINP, received nomination before the draw and got an ITA too Wish I had not bothered about those 1500 CAD
I always had the funds to do OINP but was being miserly i guess

I think she was referring to OINP HCP quota which is 2700 per year
