I recreated My profile yesterday with NOC 2171 and CRS 386 but no NOI (No luck).
Seems like I missed the boat.

The new trend in this ROH is "I receive NOI, my CRS is 300, should I accept it or not?"
Or this, after a draw.."My CRS is above the cut-off, when will I receive my ITA?"
Now, "My CRS is 300, why I haven't received NOI yet?"

I feel like logging into mycic and see if my NOI is still there or they handed it to ICT candidates hahahaha
