Ontario Expression of Interest, but less than 400 points?

Hi

I have less than 400CRS points, but I have received an Expression of Interest from Ontario.
Is it worth going through with it under Human Capital, and paying the $1500, as I comfortably meet all the other criteria (NOC code 0, 10+ years experience etc).

Its definitely worth it. but how is it possible that you received NOI with less than 400 score ? what is your score btw ?

What's your NOC code?

Current (10+ years one) is 0213 - Computer and information systems managers
Previous ones are 2171, and 2173

I got a PNP nomination request in my EE profile from Ontario. But I don't have 400 points though.

My NOC code is 2281.

Anyone help me with Ontario PNP processing guidelines ?

you should accept it in your CIC account and submit the application before deadline
