1 - possibly. It will all depend.Hi experts,
I posted this question on another thread but it was not active. Thus, I post here.
I would be grateful if you guys could share your perspective on my issue. For your information, my PR is based on CSQ certificate. I will be getting my PR on or before November 2017 and I live in Australia now. During the CSQ process, due to lack of points for CSQ and some other reasons, I added my wife name as a non-accompanying member in the application. Currently, we both live in Australia ( we are not Australians) and she is on dependent visa. More importantly, CIC requested her PCC and medicals as like the way they did to me. Also, her name with UCI no in GCkey account as my dependent.
My questions are:
1. As her details are already in CIC database, does it make my spousal sponsorship application move faster than that of a normal one?
2. Is there any link to calculate spousal sponsorship visa process time in Canada embassy in Australia?
3. As I know, getting a visitor visa for a spouse is not easy, but still possible. My wife is well educated and our bank balance is good too. Also, we live in a country which is not a home country for both of us. In this case, what is the possibility to get a visitor visa for her?
Thank you in advance.

At least he didn't ask for that answer in Radians, or in lunar cycles
5-10 mins once you're called up. We were done in less than 10 including waiting for two others before us. Go earlier!!hello profiler! just wanna ask how long it will take for interview?... they told me to be there at 9am... thanks
Thanks a lot. For the question no 2, I guess I have found that 12 months is an average time for spousal sponsorship(Outland) regardless of country1 - possibly. It will all depend.
2 - no? Not sure what you're asking for?
3 - it's possible if she has ties somewhere and can demonstrate those, and she has a reasonable travel history with a record of compliance.
i am so happy congratulations they can't touch you or your gfGot approved. Just crying and hugging my grandma and mom
