Well it's hard for any one in any field to get a job in their field of expertise as the employers here ask for Canadian education or or Canadian experience as a preference. Hence bridging courses help and if you are open to accepting any jobs that come your way to start you off and to build that Canadian experience then you will be fine. Also be open to changing your career or line of work.

You get it automatically if interested province finds you eligible.

That's strange, I submitted my EE on 25th but did not get NOI even when I exceed their requirements..

I am in the waiting since 2014. In fact my application was returned couple of time in 2014 one for silly mistake of mine and second, quota filled. So don't get disheartened cos there are far too many here how have been in the waiting for years But soon our wait will be over and the ending of wait will be even sweeter.

Wow you are so patient I remember that I got furious because I missed a slot when applying for my passport online and said to myself that I'll never apply for one again I dont know when I'll grow patient
