Absolutely. Well said.I saw someone said High travel history without proper reasons is a red flag to IRCC. I have seen seniors getting PPR without much delays. In fact, I have like 130 trips in the last 10 years, mostly for business travels in Asia. I wouldn't worry about too much. Let IRCC do their job.
Of course we don't want them to induce any delays on our case so because we are the ones being checked.
However, put it this way, I do hope they check harder to prevent any terrorists from going to Canada, which is a place I will live in.
That's amazing! Nature is relaxing and indeed even more if your application is on track, I am also planning a trip with family in order to pass this dreadful wait time. i think i might write a post on 1000 ways to pass time while CIC takes its sweet time to process our applications.JK.Haha! still lurking the tracker on the refusals, just in case. Been in the nature, had a great time, but if I didnt turn NA it wouldnt be so pleasant!! I agree @johnsyk we are pretty safe from this stage on and now its just a matter of time for us depending on the travel history and other work affiliations. If you have an extensive travel list your PR shouldnt be prolonged, it will be in normal timeframe, it just means that if you had none travel history your PR might come sooner than others. We are still in the average category I think -100 days or so to PPR. Only thing that can delay it and cause more detailed check is government/law enforcement jobs in the past.

Yeah you are so right, my mom, since i have filed my e-APR gets so emosh on daily basis she ll be like." you ll be going anytime now, so less time, then it will be delayed visits." i tell her to relax as i am here for next 3-4 months. But at heart I too feel to spend as much time as I can.@KiranK @comfortablynumb
Yes definitely spending time with friends and nature is the best cure for waiting, especially bcs you know you wont see them as much anymore
No issues at all here. You are good to go as long as FD is in your name.Hi guys, I have a question. My FD will mature next month so I intend to break it in two parts. I will withdraw 60% and give to my parents for their personal investment. 40% of it I will continue to deposit it as FD. It still meets the minimum amount required. Will this cause problem? Will CiC see it as the sudden outflow? (I guess this is normal when FD is matured right? Ppl need their money to spend on personal things) thank you!!!
Thank you! Also, my passport is going to expire on 27 march 2018 while my deadline submission is 16 Aug 2017. It's technically valid for 6 months since the day I submit. But in case I get PR, it's gonna expire very soon. What should I do now? Should i go on submit my current passport and renew later? Or i have to renew it now and change all the information filled in, is it risky? Thank you a lot!!!No issues at all here. You are good to go as long as FD is in your name.
it should be valid for 6 months before applying, which you say it is. So no issue there. You have ample time, most likely your PPR will come before.Thank you! Well, likely that I'd renew it after applying. Will it delay or affect the whole process? I'm from Vietnam Thanks ya!it should be valid for 6 months before applying, which you say it is. So no issue there. You have ample time, most likely your PPR will come before.
If needed, you can renew your passport later after filing your file and update CIC about it. many people do this, it is no problem at all.
Are you from India?
Ohh okay good. Actually I asked this because in India you cannot get your PP renewed before 3 months left to expire, so do check thing in your country.Well, likely that I'd renew it after applying. Will it delay or affect the whole process? I'm from Vietnam Thanks ya!

When was your aorYup, most Dubai folks have heavy travel history. And everyone seems to be passing in and around 100 days. Yes, I have only travelled to the usual spots. Nothing controversial. Lets wait and see! I am on day 76! And I have passed R10 so my PCC is all fine.
