Hey people, i submitted my application on 9th May(AOR). I just noticed today that when i viewed my submitted application it shows "work history" as "in progress" and not transmitted. All other tabs of the application such as personal histor,representative etc show transmitted. This is strange.! I obviously couldnot make any changes after AOR although i submitted an employment doc by cse post AOR.

Anyone knows why is it appearing like this?

Did he sent email to Ottawa requesting VO change or went ahead without informing them?
Earlier CIC specifically mentioned to the applicant to e-mail them, stating,"If you or any of your family members are residing outside North America and you are unable to send your/their passport(s) to Canada and/or to provide a return mailing address in North America, contact us at CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca so that we can make arrangements to print visas at another office."

But lately many applicants have mentioned that it is clearly written in the e-mail that if you are residing outside Canada, you can submit all the documents asked in PPR e-mail at your nearest VAC (Visa Application Centre). So i guess no need for an e-mail, if thats the case.
But the person I knew still first e-mailed to them and got it changed to NDVO (Back in 2016).

johnsyk can provide more insight.

@comfortablynumb, no IP2 yet?
We are all anticipating your PPR, for the drought to end in this thread and to get things rolling!:D

Thanks Kiran .. No not yet. Some people in April already have IP2 so lets wait and watch. I strongly feel by this Friday we will have 2-3 with PPR in the tracker.

No travel history outside home country.(India)
Hmmmmm just trying to get idea of timelines, as experts on forum have said that processing is fast for single applicants with no travel history, so. Your timeline will help me predict mine.
As same here, no travel history, single applicant, 2 year experience at one job only.

Yeah, I also heard the same about applicants with no travel history. This takes less time for BGC agencies as the applicant has never visited any country . @KiranK : BTW You still working or left the job.
