Earlier CIC specifically mentioned to the applicant to e-mail them, stating,"If you or any of your family members are residing outside North America and you are unable to send your/their passport(s) to Canada and/or to provide a return mailing address in North America, contact us at CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca so that we can make arrangements to print visas at another office."Did he sent email to Ottawa requesting VO change or went ahead without informing them?

Hey people.. just received an update mail from CIC. Cleared medicals and BG changed to IP1 today.
@comfortablynumb I will update the tracker right away and will post once the BG changes to NA. Hope that happens soonPlease update the tracker and keep an eye on your BGC status , it will change to NA very soon.

Hmmmmm just trying to get idea of timelines, as experts on forum have said that processing is fast for single applicants with no travel history, so. Your timeline will help me predict mine.No travel history outside home country.(India)
