Wat happens after submission. Do we get an email?
Specifically. How to check Application Status. I read we have to link account to application. When I try to link, it shows no application. Probably because I just sent my application 2 days ago

Yeah.

doing everything from age 18, anyway CIC will ask that later ;)
If not a member - wright NONE

You are probably right, though it is quite hard for a retired person to remember all this stuff since age 18. lol Oh well. Thanks.

I may be over thinking this, but I have a few more questions:

This application package includes:

1) Is there a Document checklist for the "applicant" or "principal applicant"?

2) Are there "country specific requirements" for parents/grandparents sponsorship? I can't find anything.

3) should my parents get their medicals done upfront or wait for a request? There is nothing in the guide [IMM 5772].

4) Should my parents get their criminal record checks done upfront or wait for a request? Again, nothing in the guide [IMM 5772].

I suspect for 3) and 4), it probably does not make no sense to do them now if processing times are quite long. But it just seems different so I am second guessing.
Thanks.

i would say for whole package

no idea ???

you need to wait request, first stage to get SA for you;)

4) Should my parents get their criminal record checks done upfront or wait for a request? Again, nothing in the guide [IMM 5772].

my parents did it after 4 mon I got SA so when CIC asked IMM/PCC our PCC was ready :p because it takes more than 30 days in my back home.
