Province Nominations 2017 with less CRS

Hi All,

I have the CRS of 351 and was strongly believing in Saskatchewan province nomination under the NOC 2171. Unfortunately in the recent demand list of SINP the NOC 2171 was removed. I was taken aback and confused with next action. Now i rely on the NSNP as one of the option as this NOC is listed in the recent demand list released by Nova Scotia Province.

My concerns are

1. Can i believe in NSNP ?
2. Next province that has the demand list of NOC 2171

Can anyone help me out here please ?
