I uploaded my PCC and Schedule A through webform a few weeks ago but heard nothing back so i was going to mail it.Do i have the post the original cert or will a copy do?Also is the address the same as i post my complete package to?Do i require a sheet of paper with my application number and Uci etc?

Processing time for CSE (aka Web Form) cases is ˜20 days, so you can just wait. It's not immediate process.
But if you doubt that you provided correct information and willing to insure yourself, then yes, you can send in your Schedule A and PCC via express mail to the address:
- Schedule A has to be signed by hand;
- Do provide original PCC (incl.translation if needed);
- Attach cover letter with your Application Number, Full Name, UCI, Date of Birth and Country of Birth.
