my aor 11 apr
i also can't link my application to mycic
but my file fransfer to VO 8 may

So I received my AOR like 30 mins back. File submitted on 31st March. Also I was able to link my account successfully. YAY!

However now in the details column in the table under Submitted applications it says "Your Action Is Required". When I click Check Status and Messages -> View Submitted Application it takes me some kind of a questionnaire where I can electronically sign and submit the empty application. Am I supposed to do this? Anyone else encounter the same?

Hi mihaifrim, check first using your tracking number if your application form was received by CIC-Nova Scotia, if it was received, just wait for about two to three months (mine was around two months) then they will send an email to you (AOR) with information that they receive your information and how to link your application online and other instructions. Also if you are little bit worried I think they have a number that you can call to and inquire your concern. Keep the faith buddy.

When you pay ur fee online, the money will be taken from your credit card immediately. Thats my case.

I didn't because it has no relevance to us and looks like some kind of a glitch. There is another branch on the forum where lots of others experienced the same this week. I would probably wait and see if it disappears if not we may report a technical issue.
Initially, in the details field it was Submitted when I first linked the account. But after browsing the View Submitted Application, this thing came up. Looks like the electronic signature is required for other applicants applying online, but Definitely not for us.

I have one confusion regarding Fees for paper based application.
For myself and my spouse do I need to pay twice i.e
our application (without right of permanent residence fee)

$550.00
Include your spouse or partner

Processing fee ($550) and right of permanent residence fee ($490)

$1,040.00

Include your spouse or partner (without right of permanent residence fee)
$550.00
Include a dependent child

$150.00 (per child)



Should I Pay for myself(550) + Spouse(550) + child(150)

Or including my spouse
$(550) + $150

I will pay RPRF fees later.
So how much total fees is for three person two adult and one child in CAD ,Can some seniors help?
Any help appreciated.

your answers as per my knowledge:

1. they have a eMedical system if you may have noticed. It is common and valid for countries like Australia, New Zealand, Canada, UK, etc... so they just submit your electronic report via the system and Delhi Immigration has access to the system where they can search your records by your passport details and UCI number.

If you need further medical tests to be done then doctor or CIC will get in touch with you and send you details. If needed.

2. No. all forms are same. You need to go through Canada Package (as per hospital terms) process such as Blood, Urine, chest X-ray and full body checkup.

3. in Ahmedabad it was 5,600 per head for Canada Package and if you need further check ups based on your reports, then extra. Even they charge for kids too. My 4 years old daughter also had to gone through the medical and get it passed

4. they send directly. But as per CIC you can request the same once they are ready. Check with your hospital.

5. Visit http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/medical/medexams-perm.asp

On that page you can find "What to bring".

6. yes. Send the scanned copies of all members of their latest passport to NDVO by replying to the same email via you received request

7. Approx. 4 hours. They will send you SMS via eMedical system for visa. They mention the approx time and it took around 3.5 hours for me and my family due to rush at the hospital.

Guys, will we receive a second email from CIC (after AOR and before MR) saying that "you meet the positive eligibility"? Can you see the following statement in your CIC account (one step before Review of Medical)? "Review of eligibility: We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements."

If yes, how long does it take (after getting AOR) to get this second email?

Probably, 20- 30 days for your second AOR.
