Once we receive our Passport request and send our passport to the VO

1. What is the sequence of changes to our background status?

2. For NDVO, what's the average passport return time?

3. How common is it to get a rejection post this stage?

hi everone

i am cec applicant and i submitted my work experience letter for my cuurent job which was issued in november 2015.
I submitted my random paystubs as well including the most recent one.
Is there any problem in this as someone told that current job letter should be issued with in three months but i have attached recent paystub as well

Need advice on this

I am a bit worried about my application now.

CEC
AOR: Feb 2th
Medical Passed : Feb 28th
BG change to NA: March 30th
BG change to Pocessing : April 5th (I guess this is ip2）

And no updates since that. Normally, people get their PPR right after IP2, but I dont know why I am stucked here like forever.
Few weeks ago, I made a phone call to CIC, and the agent was like "your application is approved but just need to finalize it". I guess the agent does not know much about my application.

I think my backgrouds are clear since I dont have many travel histories.

I have called the cic agent again today to check if I have missed the PPR, the agent told me everything is completed in April and everything passed, I just need to wait, lol. I have already asked for GCMS note and hopefully this will trigger PPR sooner. I guess I have no other options and just wait now.

BTW, the agent told me LVO(Ottawa) is speeding up now

Guys, something I have been wondering. When CIC sends the PPR email, is it sent from Canada or from your LVO? I'm asking as a FSWO.

Normally yes, but not in all cases since it depends on the country. For instance FSW-O from the US receive it from Ottawa, even though there are closer LVOs (mine is Los Angeles, but contacted by Ottawa). Other countries may receive it from London, NDVO, etc... depends on where you are.

I live in Switzerland. According to CIC website it should be VO Paris but who knows lol.

Just want to share my experience which is similar to yours.

I am CEC inland, AOR is Jan 30th, 2017.
I called CIC on May 9 and they the agent told me that everything (criminal check, eligibility and security clearance) has passed and just waiting for final review. However, I still haven't received Passport Request on June 5, so I called CIC again and agent told me it's still awaiting for final decision.
Then I sent an email to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca on June 6 to explain my situation. I am not sure if it was a coincidence or not, I didn't receive their email reply but received my Passport Request on June 8.

So I guess you can try to send an email as well. Good luck : )

Like you I'm waitinh with an approved application since May 19th. If their speeding up there's certainly still no sign of it!

I don't think it's coincidence. It sounds like you can trigger a review of your application just my emailing. I'm going to try this.

Great day today for FSW Outland...it's raining PPR from Ottawa!!

FEB AOR group saw 13 PPR so far
AOR - Feb - 3, 14, 15, 16, 17, 19, 20, 21, 24, 25, 26, 28, 28 !
