Ecas just updated to DM yesterday! Is it normal that ECAS would say Decision Made under 'Permanent Residence Application Status' but then when I click that link the only notes are

1. We received your application for permanent residence on December 29, 2016.
2. We started processing your application on January 21, 2017.
3. Medical results have been received.

But there is no mention there of decision made?

MyCIC still shows background check in progress (which started about a week ago). Hoping for PPR soon!

Does it say, "We are processing your background check"? Have you been asked for additional documents or received the "pre-arrival services"?

Quite a few December apps from MVO already got DM since April.

I got DM for SA sometime in Feb, and no message after that

Hopefully by the end of this month you'll get an update. Your BC is already in process. Does it reflect the same in your GCKey account ?

actually I got DM yesterday! I checked after posting here and it was changed to decision made on ecas. It's weird tho myCIC is still showing background in process. By the way how long did it take for others to receive passport request after DM? Thanks in advance!!
