Hi All,

I know some are waiting for any news after AOR1. I have a great news today. I received Medical Request just an hour ago. I received AOR1 on June 04. My sponsor application status turned " Decision Made" on Friday. Now I have following questions:

1. CPC said PA will receive Schedule A request in 5 business days. My question is: SA has to be digitally signed and uploaded via online account or we have to print and sign manually and then upload via Webform or should be sent through courier ?
2. Is there any 2017 version of schedule A , I searched but couldn't find it ?
2. What is the photo specifications for Medical ? are they same size like we send with application package ?
3. They have not asked for PCC , when will they request for that ?

I'm about to submit my application for spouse sponsorship. I'm the sponsor and I'm sponsoring my wife.
I need a clarification on IMM 5562 - Travels.
Principal applicant has to fill this. There is section for travel information for principal applicant and spouse, does my wife (principal applicant) has to fill travel information for her spouse, that's me (the sponsor) ?
Please help, I'm confused !

Principal applicant and their spouse fills it .. now it can be u or ur wife filling it .. the form is fillable, so just fill in thr information .. for my hubby the applicant it was easy .. no travel outside of country but i had to fill my info in (sponsor/spouse) .. hope this helps ...

I have very big travel history for past 5 years . I have been to US 10 times and to India 6 times. So, do I have to mention everything on that section?
