Rejection rate after Ip2 ?

Hi Guys,
Just Wondering about the rejection rates after reaching IP2. Please share your ideas ?
also, Considering > 3 months from AOR date

Very rare. But usually when applicants get IP2 status, they receive PPR in a few days.
Although there have been 1-2 cases in Aor Jan or Feb who got rejected after getting IP2.

It happens due to the disagreement between the senior officer and analyst/agent. That what i guess from these cases.

Can you explain what is the role of Senior Officer and Analyst/agent ?
Its been more than a month since I got IP2 and a week now after I got 2 Ghost updates in a single day. But I am still waiting for PR.
I am not able to make out whats going on. I applied on Sept 9th.
Its almost 6 months now.
