Hi april applicants, our paper was returned because of being incomplete. They highlighted the employement source in the document checlist so we need to provide the missing document. No, we're going submit our papers today again. Do we need to print another document checklist or submit the original one that has highlight? Any idea?

Hi, it wouldn't hurt to fill a fresh new one and also attache the old one and label it superseded-corrected. They'll understand your intention.

Quick question if file is transferred to VO office does it mean they accepted the sch. a and pcc or they can transfer before they accepted those docs, i never received a confirmation for acceptance of those, only uploaded documents showed in account.

Plus anyone else noticed today the gckey account looks slightly different, i am seeing biometric fingerprints option now. plus my documents i uploaded they are gone like sch. a and pcc (file has been transferred to vo already but i was able to access them yesterday not today).

Does the account look different after file transfer and received at vo ?

Over a call with CPC on the phone, they mentioned that they've received and attached my Schedule A and PCC, and upon checking on my CIC account today under Application Status - it says additional documents requested already attached to my application. No messages (like others in this thread). The Medical Request row has also changed to requested, please check message below, but no message.

Sched A requested and completed May 22
AOR 2 June 2 - Sent to Ottawa VO
ECAS IP June 5

I checked CIC online and it says that they requested the med check and send us a message but there are no messages. Looks like we're also having the same issue here.

You can add the both PCC in one pdf file and upload it as a single file.

It asks for the issue date and the country of issue as well. So, can't combine both.

What does your gckey status for Additional Documents says? On may 30th, manila visa office requested additional documents to us and I uploaded it on gckey immediately and the status changed to additional documents has been uploaded. But today after the update, additional documents says "we do not need additional documents". I'm thinking if the documents I uploaded was lost after the update.

I hipe so still waiting SA. How long did it tAke for you to received your SA?

SA took 8 days from sponsor AOR and next day from Medical request.

ECAS only mentions "application receive date"

Just the new one. Why risk confusing them with 2 checklists.

We got ours after 4 to 5 days when we did the med exams.

I got a call from doctor that they have submitted my report and its been more than 5 days and i have not received any notification for Sch A. Any suggestions or opinions.

I've got the same, I had uploaded them and it said they had been uploaded previously but it is now saying "we do not need additional documents". However I can still see them uploaded in "view submitted application" so I can only assume all is OK still.

Nothing to worry about.. they are improving on systems.. may take a while when things get normal.

don't think they will ask again..its already on file and validity within 6 months.
