Actually we submitted medical.and PCC upfront and it will expires on September. That was the documents when we passed our application that was sent back lol.

But when you resent your app did you include again your upfront medical and pcc? If so, you mean ircc is asking for them again?

Yes we did resend it again. GcKey Medical Thread just phoned CiC and agent told her that it's just a technical Issue and they will fix it totally No medical request was sent.

Hello guys by gods grace received schedule a request and police certificate. We already submitted hard copy of police clearance certificate in file so we just upload a colour copy of it !? Is it normal why are they asking again.
And I dnt know I m so much excited but where to upload the schedule a form in cic , it was mentioned in letter somewhere in account but due to happiness can't find it

Just so you guys are aware. I am an inland applicant. I just spoke to cic because of the medical request that was new in our accounts this morning (many other applicants) and they said it is most likely a system issue after the system update this morning . They did not send any medical request. So if you guys see anything like that you should not get too excited yet unless you receive additional info to go with the medical request

hello, i received AOR1 on May 29, till today no message from CIC. When i checked ECAS it said they sent correspondence on May 31st but still no email. Should i send them or still wait for their Email?

Send what ? Sch. A ? you can upload via ircc web form but you will need to print it sign it and scan and upload, they wont accept validated only copy.

I just phoned again CIC and the lady that I talked to was non sense lol! She said that in my file the Supplementary Information that we sent last Monday was not received yet but the guy agent told me yesterday when I phoned that they received it last May 31st. And the lady agent told me as well that I have to wait for 5 days for the email and instruction for the medical request and additional documents from my husband's GCKey which is the ScheduleA and Medical and after 5 days if there's no email yet I have to phoned them again and they will send message to Mississauga.
Well, we already submitted SceduleA together with Supplementary information via Express post and Medical upfront .i dont understand different agent different information????

Today i checked status in gckey it states that "We have requested medical exam check your message below"
But there is no message in my husband's GCKey account and no mail. I submitted SchedA and Supplementary Information last week via Express post and they confirmed yesterday that they already received it. Yeah i hope they will fix it soon and more updates for us

Hey Guys -

So we received the request for Sched A and PCC yesterday. My wife was in the UK for one year, so got the PCC done for UK and India. In the correspondence CIC mentions the following:

"If the country where you current live, and the country where you have spent most of your adult life since the age of 18, is the same, you only need to submit the one police certificate at this time, unless you are specifically requested by this letter to submit a police certificate for an additional country."
"In your online account, the system generated text in the blue box where you upload your documents may advise you that you need to submit a police certificate for any country, region or territory where you lived for 6 months or more since you turned 18. Please disregard that text and follow the instructions in this letter instead. We’ll contact you if we need additional police certificates to process your application. However, if you already have police certificates for other countries, you can upload them now. It may reduce your processing time."

On the portal it has only one place to upload the PCC. I was hoping i could upload the UK PCC as well because we already have it and there is a possibility they may ask for it in the future.

Any advise/suggestions as to how we can upload the other one as well.

Agent said this morning in our case we have to wait for 5 days to receive an email and if not received anything i have to call them again .i think you shoupd phone them as well
