Hello,

I have a serious question regarding my work experience. I applied under CEC category over a month back claiming one year experience for two jobs under the same NOC code.

1st Job experience from Feb 16th to May 27th 2016 in Manitoba
2nd job experience from May 30th 2016 - current job

Bothe the job are exactly the same position ( full time permanent) and I started working for new organization within two days after I left my first job. Does this qualify as continuous employment or does it have to be under the same employer. I am on post graduate work permit.

got my ITA in March and applied in April. I already cleared medical and criminal check

I apologize for the long post. Hope someone can give me a reply

A) Under the CEC class, there is no requirement that employment be continuous (or even to have one year in the same NOC).
B) Yes, this would be considered continuous, but it is not relevant : )
