Just checked ...Last time when in 48th draw for PNP was issued, the next draw 49th for FSW was 15 days post that
Hope this time it doesn't happen that way else the draw would be on 9th June... Desperately want it to take place on 31st.

I am just curious if I don't get NOI is that because of something wrong with my profile...if something is really wrong then I might not get ITA as well...

If you have received a confirmation that you are in the pool then you'll definitely receive ITA. It doesn't matter at all that you received NOI or not. Many Congratulations in Advance .

Brother I only got an email from CIC.GC that I have a new msg to read in my account. The subject was donotreply ..this happened on the day of registration... Does it confirm that I am in the pool?

Guys, could anyone please shed some light on marriage certificate/relationship issue below?

I got married with the presence of both family members on 28 December 16 but didn't do the registration. Few days later when I asked Kazi for marriage certificate he told that he cannot put the original marriage date in the certificate; then I had to use a current date (21 Jan 17) in my certificate.

I have photos of 28 Dec but don't have any on 21 Jan. Also the marriage is not communicated with anyone except some close relatives only. And we yet to live under a same roof.

Is there any chance of CIC become critical and challenge our relationship?
Is there any physical verification conducted regarding marriage relationship?
My spouse uses my supplementary credit card since two years and we have a joint account of 1.5 years old; will these help?

The data you should use is of your marriage certificate. Why are you worried about CIC challenge your relationship? From my knowledge this would be an issue only if you are applying for sponsorship not for EE.

The main thing I am concerned about is as we do not live together and our marriage has not communicated with people except few relatives; in this case, if CIC makes any physical verification (I don't know if it's common for CIC to conduct such verification about relationship even after providing marriage certificate) then there might be potential trouble.

Other people can talk about it. But I am not aware of any physical check regarding anything from CIC for EE. And I know a lot of people that are married but do not live together since this is not a mandatory thing (at least in the majority of countries).
What you need to provide is your marriage certificate and its translation to English (if it is in another idiom).

From CIC's website:

Purpose

To validate marital status claims

Document requirements

• This document is requested only when marital status is listed as married.
• The marriage must be valid under the law of the country where it took place and under Canadian law.
  • A marriage performed in an embassy or consulate must comply with the law of the host country where it took place, not the country of nationality of the embassy or consulate.
• If the applicant married in Canada, a copy of the marriage certificate issued by the province or territory where the marriage took place must be provided.
• If the applicant married outside Canada, a copy of a legal certificate issued by the country, the territory or the region where the marriage took place must be provided.

I have a question related to recreating express entry profile .
It asks if i had applied for Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada before. What should I feel in (YES or No). If yes they ask to provide express entry file number. What is express entry file number?
