Pakistan: no update on biometrics

I submitted my biometrics two days ago but still i haven't received any email confirming that biometrics has been successfully submitted... i wonder whether the biometrics has been sent to CIC or not yet?

Give some time it will be updated usually it takes 24 to 48 hours

Hello there I applied online on 2nd may 2017 and submitted my biometric on 4th may 2017. Tracked my biometrics via VFS tracking and it says (Forwarded to high commission of Canada in Islamabad). It's been almost 20 days but no biometrics update on CIC account .

Advise please !

Does the 'Review of biometric information' status say 'Not needed at this time'? If yes, then the visa office has received your biometrics

Have you applied for a TRV?

Your visa office is Abu Dhabi for TRVs (not Islamabad).

You can send an email to the Abu Dhabi visa office requesting them to confirm that your biometrics have been received

I emailed both Islamabad and Abu Dhabi 4 days ago, But no reply unfortunately !!

I got my biometrics letter straight after my application was submitted online...

Since then this what my application status looks like

Just a quick question, as I have mentioned before about my biometrics.

I applied online not paper application....

I'm abit confused I gave my biometrics at VFS Lahore Pakistan.

But when I track via VFS tracking tool that's what I get ( Visa application, tracking ID No.2017xxxxx. Your processed passport has been forwarded to the Canada Visa Office, ISLAMABAD on 05/05/2017. To know more, please call VAC helpline number or visit VAC website. )

Why passport ? I haven't submit my passport yet, I'm still waiting on PPR.
