Do we need to bind the application at all or just stack into an envelope and send?

How long do we have to wait? Our app has been sent to Ottawa and still no medical request!

No AOR2 for apps sent to Ottawa.

Just realized this! But I did get a 3rd line!

I think it's just whenever they get around to it unfortunately. I think it took mine like a month

I was given an AOR2 email from Ottawa. It isn't common but some get it.
