thanks RobRob_TO said:In our case the sponsor approval email went only to sponsor.
The AOR from outland visa office went to both sponsor and applicant's emails.
The email asking for more information, went to only the sponsor email. Though I'm pretty sure this one was a mistake and should have gone to applicant. And every visa office probably does a bit differently. So in other words there's no guarantee. Always monitor both emails.

I have the same question guys, I don't know why they are sending the correspondence letter through the mail even though by all the previous time they had been sending us everything through email. and moreover, I haven't received anything yet, Is that normal? or I should wait for the letter
The correspondence they sent was basically either a letter or email stating you qualified to sponsor your spouse and they have sent his/her file to your VO office to be processed. If you don't get an actual letter or email, you can wait about 10 days and then call the CIC call center and ask that another be sent to you. It's not important to your file so you can choose to let it go as well.Sponsorship

Quick question. Is decision made always a good outcome? Will they say "decision made" if they are denying an application?
