In our case the sponsor approval email went only to sponsor.
The AOR from outland visa office went to both sponsor and applicant's emails.
The email asking for more information, went to only the sponsor email. Though I'm pretty sure this one was a mistake and should have gone to applicant. And every visa office probably does a bit differently. So in other words there's no guarantee. Always monitor both emails.

The correspondence they sent was basically either a letter or email stating you qualified to sponsor your spouse and they have sent his/her file to your VO office to be processed. If you don't get an actual letter or email, you can wait about 10 days and then call the CIC call center and ask that another be sent to you. It's not important to your file so you can choose to let it go as well.

I think next step will be the Background Checks if they haven't already started.

Somebody asked them so they said we already sent you the letter through the courier. Its been a 12 days now. I haven't recieved it. But its ok maybe will get it soon. But my concern is why they are sending me through mail not from email? My all the past correspondance was by email this is the only letter i will get it by mail. Is that common? I have only this concern

From what I understand. More than likely it's good as the landing interview is literally just 3 questions and they've pretty much made up their minds already even before the interview.

Yes, the correspondence they are referring to is probably SA.
