Hi LegalFalcon,
I am an OINP Inland AoR 28 Dec applicant.

My application was first touched by am agent on March 9.
Rprf request and settlement plan on 12 April.

My latest GCMS Notes generated April 21 showed:

Eligibility: recommended passed
Security: not started
Criminality: in progress
Medical: Passed.

Now I am a NZ citizen and have not travelled much, so I am only required to have a NZ police check since my UD travel is only for a week and I've lived in Canada for 2 years.

For NZ we re required to submit a consent form so IRCC can get it themselves

So in the GCMS it says : "request sent to mission for NZ for PC sent via email. Criminality decision pending until outstanding PC for NZ received. All other required PC on application following NRT RCMP"

That note was on 5 April bit then in the incoming correspondence section on 11 April it says : item: police certificate. Attachment "NZ PC_required for EE.msg"

They sent the request when my file was at CIO and on the 14 April, an agent recommended passed my eligibility buy didn't say anything about receiving the NZ PCC , so my question is if security is only done after passing criminality, then will my application be delayed since they possibly didn't see the incoming PC correspondence and hence couldn't pass my criminality ?

As per the trends the security is only initiated after criminality is done. Since criminality is based on the PCC, it makes more sense to have that done before the elaborate security checks are initiated by the CSIS. If an applicants does not get clean PCC, i.e. where he has been convicted of a serious offense, then he would be inadmissible and there would be no need for security anyway.

Until your NZ PCC is received, the security will not start. However, you can send an email or raise a CSE with IRCC and enquire if your NZ PCC was received and your file is complete. This will help you know if the NZ PCC was received any evaluated by IRCC. You can even give a reference of your GCMS notes and point to the specific note in your GCMS.

One more question: has there been any applicants (especially PNP inland) whose BG only changed from Not Applicable to In progress once from aor to ppr ? Just worried that I might still be on bgip1 since it hasn't gone back to notApplicable yet

I am a March 4 2017 e-AOR Ontario PNP Candidate. My CIC account shows no progress - not even medicals passed. I am concerned by a few things.

1. If my application is complete. Is my thinking correct that if it was incomplete it would have been rejected by now as it is already 77 days since my e-AOR?. Do you think R10 checks would have been completed by now.

2. I have the same NOC ( NOC 2134 ) for all the three companies where I worked and claiming points for. I have used the same reference letters that I sent to OINP, albeit with a revised issue date, for IRCC. Since I got my nomination do you think I would have problem with NOC not matching with my job duties and responsibilities in my reference letters?. Any chance my A11.2 ( eligibility ) checks would have been completed by now?.

3. Finally is 77 days from e-AOR a good time to order GCMS notes as I have been advised by several people on this forum to order it only after 90 days of e-AOR?

There is no set trend about BGC going ip from Not applicable. Usually applicants see that BGC goes from Not needed to IP, and then sometimes to Not applicable before going ip. The only way to know for sure is through GCMS notes and send emails.

By now your R10 should be complete. But to be sure you will need GCMS notes.

This is too early for A11.2, which i doubt would be complete. But IRCC is unpredictable and you never know. Each application has a different processing timeline. The best way to track your application is through GCMS.

I usually advise ordering GCMS after 45 days from AoR. this is a good time as by this time R10 is usually done. After this you can order GCMS once a month of once in two months.

I am trying to order my GCMS notes from www.getgcms.com. When I clicked e-GCMS button and checked the Rs. 1300 option and then Order now payment it takes me to a page where I am supposed to fill my details and payment details. But I am getting a page which is not showing the fields my details( customer details ) can be filled. Has anyone of you faced this problem. If yes please help me get around it.

I am trying to order my GCMS notes from www.getgcms.com. When I clicked e-GCMS button and checked the Rs. 1300 option and then Order now payment it takes me to a page where I am supposed to fill my details and payment details. Yes, debit cards can be used. GET GCMS team is available 24 x 7. Someone is monitoring the account. Try using a different web browser. I alerted the GET GCMS team about your issue and they have confirmed that everything is working smoothly.

For some reason after I hit the Make Payment it is not taking me to the page where I have to enter the Card details. Is this problem due to the browser or due to some thing that my company laptop is not allowing?.

I understood that this is a problem with IE browser. The page opens well in Google Chrome.

1. Also in the Personal details section the VISA/FIle Number is same as the Application Number that you get in AOR Letter?.

2. Consent Form( IMM5744 ): In section C what details do we have to fill about the designated indivudal. Does GETGCMS team fill this details after they get the scanned copy with my details filled in?.

Yes, yes it is the number that starts with alphabet and followed by numbers. Exxxxxx. Should be in your AoR.

After you fill the information, a filled consent form will be emailed to you. The link on the website is from people who do not get the consent form or there is some issue. With the email you will get all the instructions too.
